Short answer

Perched hires out wedding furniture and décor across Trinidad and Tobago. The French Bistro Chair is $18 TTD per day, the French Farm Table is $300 TTD per day and the Ceremony Arch is $1,000 TTD per day. Ceremony packages cost $1,000 TTD for up to 10 guests, $1,500 TTD for 25, $2,000 TTD for 50, $2,500 TTD for 75 and $3,000 TTD for 100. The minimum order is $1,000 TTD delivered, or $650 TTD if you collect it. Every order starts with a quote request.

How much does a wedding ceremony package cost?

A ceremony package costs $1,000 TTD for up to 10 guests, $1,500 TTD for up to 25, $2,000 TTD for up to 50, $2,500 TTD for up to 75 and $3,000 TTD for up to 100 guests. Each includes seating, an arch or backdrop with a décor kit, and a welcome easel and sign. Items cannot be swapped.

What does it cost to hire a wedding arch?

The Ceremony Arch is $1,000 TTD per day, the A-Frame Arch and the Geometric Arch are $1,200 TTD per day each, and the Oval Arch is $1,300 TTD per day. Prices exclude delivery and set-up. Arches are for decoration only, and climbing them or hanging heavy objects from them damages them.

Do you offer a wedding reception package?

Yes. The Wedding Reception Package for 100 guests is $9,500 TTD and bundles a tent, basic lighting, tables, and chairs or benches. Its items are discounted compared with hiring them individually. You can also hire items one at a time, for example the French Farm Table at $300 TTD per day.

How many guests does one wedding table seat?

The French Farm Table is $300 TTD per day and seats 10 to 12. The Hairpin Table is $350 TTD per day and seats 8 to 10. For benches, the French Farm Bench is $150 TTD per day and seats four to five adults, and the Hairpin Bench is $100 TTD per day and seats four.

What do I pay to reserve wedding furniture?

Every order starts as a quote request. Once we confirm availability, a 50% non-refundable down payment reserves your order, and the balance is due on or before delivery. The security deposit is $500 TTD per order, paid separately and refunded at the end of the calendar month once items are returned in good order.
