What should I hire for a conference or product launch?
For a conference or product launch, Perched hires Eames Chairs at $25 TTD per day and Eames Armchairs at $28 TTD per day, Modular Sofas for lounge areas, Wireless Charging Breakout Tables from $1,000 TTD per day, Tablet Stands at $15 TTD per day for check-in, and Flex Lamps at $50 TTD per day. Backdrops such as the Circular Marble Backdrop, at $1,000 TTD per day, work as photo walls. Registered companies with an account can secure an order with a purchase order and pay the balance within 30 days of the event.
How do Perched’s modular sofas work?
Perched's Modular Sofa range is a set of connecting pieces (one piece, armchair, corner, ottoman and layouts up to five pieces) in grey or white, hired as a pre-arranged layout or combined to fit your space. The seats are deep with moveable back cushions, and armrests and backrests can be added or removed. Prices run per day, for example $300 TTD for a one piece grey sofa and $2,200 TTD for a five piece white layout.
Which wireless charging table do I need for my event?
The Wireless Charging Breakout Table comes in four lengths: 4ft at $1,000 TTD per day seats 8 on stools or 10 standing, 8ft at $1,750 TTD seats 14 or 18 standing, 12ft at $2,500 TTD seats 20 when joined in one run, and 16ft at $3,000 TTD seats 26. Joining stations loses the seat at each joined end, so separate stations seat more: three seat 24 and four seat up to 32. Each has wall sockets, ultra-high speed USB ports, wireless charging ports and tabletop USB ports, and the 4ft tables can be coupled together up to 16 feet.

How much does it cost to hire event furniture in Trinidad & Tobago?
Every item is priced on its own, per day of hire, in Trinidad and Tobago dollars. A single chair costs from $18 TTD per day, most tables cost $150 to $375 TTD each, a modular sofa costs from $300 TTD for one piece to $2,200 TTD for a five-piece layout, and tents and domes start at $1,000 TTD. Prices exclude delivery and set-up, the minimum order is $1,000 TTD delivered or $650 TTD if you collect it yourself, and a 50% down payment and a separate $500 TTD refundable security deposit apply.
How does booking with Perched work?
Every Perched order starts as a quote request. Our team checks availability, emails you a confirmation with the final quote, then you pay a 50% non-refundable down payment and a separate $500 TTD refundable security deposit, receive a balance invoice before your event, and pay the balance on or before delivery. You can book online from 4 months ahead until 24 hours before your event.
What do delivery, set-up and collection cost?
Perched has no fixed delivery price. Delivery and set-up are quoted for each order as a round-trip fee based on the time and location of the delivery, and the figure appears only in your quote. Normal hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and collecting it yourself lowers the minimum order from $1,000 TTD to $650 TTD.
What happens if I cancel, or something is damaged?
You need to give at least 48 hours notice to cancel for any refund, and the 50% down payment is always non-refundable. The $500 TTD security deposit covers damage and, for DIY collection, late returns, and you are responsible for damaged or missing items. Refunds or credit are not issued for items ordered but not used.

What furniture can I hire for a Carnival fete?
For a Carnival fete we hire three tipis, three geodesic domes, bars, stools and lounge seating. The Tipi Tent is $2,500 TTD per day and weatherproof, the Naked Tipi is $2,000 TTD per day with no cover, the Geodesic Dome is $1,000 TTD per day, the Rum Barrel Bar is $650 TTD per day and the Poolside Easy Chair is $100 TTD per day. Prices exclude delivery and set-up, and the minimum order is $1,000 TTD delivered.
What can I hire for a Christmas party or year-end corporate event?
For a Christmas party or year-end corporate event we hire Eames Chairs at $25 TTD per day, a grey 3 piece Modular Sofa at $1,000 TTD per day, a Rum Barrel Bar at $650 TTD per day, French Bistro Lights at $200 TTD per day and a Circular Marble Backdrop at $1,000 TTD per day. What can I hire for a Divali dinner or celebration?
For a Divali dinner we hire dining tables such as the French Farm Table at $300 TTD per day, chairs such as the French Bistro Chair at $18 TTD per day, and lanterns, trays and tealights from the Candle Lantern at $60 TTD per day to the Wave Tealight at $10 TTD per day. For 20 guests, 2 French Farm Tables, 20 French Bistro Chairs and 4 Candle Lanterns come to 2 × $300 TTD + 20 × $18 TTD + 4 × $60 TTD = $1,200 TTD per day, before delivery and set-up.
Planning
How many tables and chairs do I need for my guests?
Divide your guest number by the number of people your chosen table seats, shown on its product page, and round up, then hire one chair per guest, or divide by the adults one bench seats. For 30 guests, 3 French Farm Tables at $300 TTD each and 30 French Bistro Chairs at $18 TTD each cost 3 × $300 TTD + 30 × $18 TTD = $1,440 TTD per day, before delivery and set-up.
Tipi or dome: which outdoor cover should I hire?
Our three tipis, the Tipi Tent at $2,500 TTD, Naked Tipi at $2,000 TTD and Illuminated Tipi at $3,000 TTD per day, each cover 415 sq ft and hold about 35 seated (on French Bistro Chairs, with a single table at the front) or 40 standing guests. Our three geodesic PVC domes, at $1,000 TTD or $1,500 TTD per day, are 12ft wide and 12ft deep inside, with room for an eight-seater table, a bar or display equipment. Delivery and set-up are quoted per order.
Rustic, modern or industrial: which collection suits my event?
Perched has six collections: Rustic Perfection, Shabby Chic, Urban Industrial, Modern Elegance, Corporate and Outdoor. Rustic Perfection is earth tones and unfinished wood, Urban Industrial is unfinished wood, exposed steel and sleek copper or chrome, and Modern Elegance is Scandinavian-inspired with simple lines and raw materials. Each collection page names the events its items suit, such as wedding receptions, fetes or conferences.
Weddings
What furniture do I need to hire for a wedding ceremony?
For a wedding ceremony you hire seating (the French Bistro Chair at $18 TTD per day, or the French Farm Bench at $150 TTD per day, which seats four to five adults), an arch or backdrop behind the couple from $1,000 TTD per day, and optionally a Wedding Easel at $250 TTD per day for a welcome sign. Ceremony packages bundle these pieces for 10 to 100 guests, from $1,000 TTD to $3,000 TTD. Prices are per day and exclude delivery and set-up.
What do I need to hire for a wedding reception?
For a wedding reception you hire dining tables and seating, a sweetheart table for the couple, a bar or drinks station, lighting and, for an outdoor reception, a tipi for cover. The French Farm Table seats 10 to 12, so 50 guests need 5 tables, which with a French Bistro Chair each comes to $2,400 TTD per day, and 100 guests need 10 tables, which comes to $4,800 TTD per day, before delivery and set-up. A Wedding Reception Package for 100 guests is $9,500 TTD.

Where does Perched deliver, and do you deliver to Tobago?
Perched delivers across all of Trinidad, and to Tobago. For Tobago, the delivery price includes the cost of the ferry crossing and accommodation. Delivery and set-up are quoted for each order as a round-trip fee based on the time and location of the delivery, and you can collect the order yourself from 90 Picton Street, Port of Spain, with a lower minimum order of $650 TTD instead of $1,000 TTD.
